The symposium will be organized at the Lykia Lodge Kapadokya Hotel (4*, ISO 9001). The Lykia Lodge Hotel kindly offered a special price for participants of the International Symposium on Agronomy and Physiology of Potato. The room prices will be as follows:

Single room   : 60 Euro/day per person (including open buffet breakfast and dinner)

Double room : 40 Euro/day per person (including open buffet breakfast and dinner)

All other expenses such as lunches, extras for special dinners, excursions etc. will be paid by the organizing committee during the symposium days.

The Organizing Committee strongly recommends all guests to make room reservation as early as possible. The September is very attractive time for visiting the Cappadocia region, and most of the hotels are full during this time. The Hotel reserved 75 rooms for the Symposium until the end of the May, and requests for room booking later than May or after completing the rooms will be directed to other hotels. In that case, you can pay more price for room and also for dinners.
